Logistics is key to the sale of aggregates in whatever form. Every customers requirements are individual, as are the vehicles available to ensure a successful delivery.

Delivery Options
Pallet Courier
For single Bulk Bag orders or if only a few Bags are required ( usually 10 or less) & outside of our delivery area we can supply nationwide using respected Pallet courier services.
A cost effective method of delivery, but one which requires a degree of flexibility on behalf of the customer. Subject to certain criteria at time of booking, Next Day, or Morning/Afternoon or Saturday deliveries may be specified, otherwise a Standard Service of 2 to 3 working days is available. Deliveries can be anytime between 8am & 6pm & generally the vehicle will not leave the public highway onto private driveways etc. to offload.
Bags are placed onto a wooden pallet. Once collected from BAGFORCE they enter the distribution network via a series of delivery hubs. Delivery to the end user is made on a large vehicle using Tail Lift Offload. This guarantees a “ Kerbside Delivery” only. The driver may use a manual pallet truck to manouevre the bag on a flat, level & solid surface only. Ie not gravel or grass for example, but generally movement is limited beyond the point off offload. It is imperative also that the delivery address allows appropriate access space for the delivery vehicle itself. Someone must also be on site to accept & sign for the goods on delivery.
Deliveries are generally on a large vehicle carrying many types of goods, all on pallets. Delivery charges are by Postcode and are not time specific unless booked otherwise, and whilst providing the cheapest delivery option in many cases, please bear in mind the restrictions this type of delivery can bring when ordering.
Please note that BAGFORCE cannot guarantee delivery dates where using an external haulier as problems can occur that are beyond our control however, we will endeavor to liaise to the best of our ability should problems occur.
Despite the obvious restrictions, this remains a popular & cost-effective method of delivery. Our Team will be happy to advise & confirm all you need to know prior to making a booking.
Delivery Options
Loose Tipped
Despite being BAGFORCE and a specialist in Bagged Aggregates our roots lie in the delivery of loose tipped aggregates.
Depending on your requirements, access, locality and quantity it may be more cost effective to have your aggregates delivered loose tipped. It is generally cheaper not to have the cost of the bag & the bagging included: less waste in bag disposal : delivery in full metric tons per load : quicker delivery method for bulk deliveries & utilization of the goods on site.
There are a number of possibilities for you to consider in the sizes of available tipper solutions best suited to your own particular requirements & ultimate availability.
Please be aware of overhead cables, overhanging branches & trees when considering a loose tipped delivery. The vehicle has to move with the body raised in order to release the load so there must be no nearby overhead obstructions in the tipping area.
ALL vehicles require a level & solid base. No tipping is allowed on slopes or inclines for safety reasons.

Supplying out of our Brackley depot at NN13 5GH.
Specialised vehicle for loose delivery of smaller quantities & where access is limited.
Length 5.1m, Width 2.71m, Height 2.62m.
Maximum Height when tipping: 4m
7.5T Tipper
Supplying mainly within a 20 mile radius of the depot at LE14.
Specialised vehicle for loose delivery of smaller quantities & where access is limited. By using a splitter in the body, the load can be split into 2 separate materials of up to 2 tonnes per load.
Length 6m, Width 2.71m, Height 2.62m.
Maximum Height when tipping: 4.6m
32T Tipper
Up to 20 tonnes capacity approximately.
Specialised vehicle generally used on site, agricultural & depot deliveries. Requires a minimum 4m gate for access and a large area for manoeuvring.
Length 9.8m, Width 3.2m, Height 3.8m.
Maximum Height when tipping: 9m
44T Artic Tipper
Up to 30 tonnes capacity approximately.
Specialised vehicle generally used on depot deliveries only as requires level & firm hardstanding & much larger turning circle.
Length 14.2m, Width 3.2m, Height 4m.
Maximum Height when tipping: 11m
Delivery Options
Vehicles with Offload
For the delivery of Bagged aggregates where no off- loading facility is available at the delivery point, BAGFORCE can supply on a range of vehicles depending on the individual requirements of the customer.
The usual method is by Hiab offload. These vehicles are made up of a truck and crane combined in one vehicle and help to load and unload trucks by using the vehicle engine to power the hydraulics of the crane. The beauty of these vehicles is that they can deliver goods to site as well as lift them on and off the truck.
The type of Hiab or lorry mounted crane you require will depend on the weight of your load, the distance it needs to be lifted and what the access is like on site.

7.5T GVW Rigid Hiab
Supplying mainly within a 20 mile radius of the depot at LE14
Specialised vehicle for bagged delivery of smaller quantities & where access is limited.

32T LGV Rigid Hiab
Specialised vehicle for bagged delivery of lesser quantity or where access is restricted.
Dimensions may vary between vehicles due to likely utilisation of external hauliers, generic indication provided

44T Artic HIAB
Specialised vehicle for bagged delivery of large quantity where a large turning circle can be provided.
Dimensions may vary between vehicles due to likely utilisation of external hauliers, generic indication provided
Length 16.5m, Width 2.7m, Height 4m. Crane reach may vary.
44T Moffett Offload
Specialised vehicle for bagged delivery of large quantity where a large turning circle can be provided. Offload is not restricted by reach of the crane.

44T Drawbar
Rigid Hiab delivery using drawbars (also known as Wagon & Drag). Better suited for sites with tight access, where the trailer can be left outside/away from site and the rigid can deliver the first half of the load before transhipping the 2nd trailer onto the rigid and return to site with second part of the load.
